Refund Eligibility

• Request must be made within 3 days of course enrollment
• Course completion must be less than 25%
• Valid reason for refund must be provided
• One refund per course purchase
• No suspicious account activity (account sharing or concurrent sessions from multiple devices)

No refund will be issued if we detect account sharing, credential sharing, or simultaneous logins from multiple users on the same account.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

2. Go to your course dashboard
3. Click on the "Request Refund" button
4. Fill out the refund request form
5. Submit your request

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• Subscription fees
• Courses accessed beyond 25% completion
• Downloadable materials already accessed
• Requests made after the 3-day period
